Sergey Cherep

Born in St Petersburg, Russia, Sergey’s immense artistic talent was recognised and encouraged from an early age. By the time he was eight he was studying art and attending art school. He attended the prestigious Serovo Art Institute and studied extensively all the classical forms of art. Sergey’s dramatic oil paintings reflect his great passion for French impressionism and his continual love affair with colours, textures and light. His lively, contemporary landscapes possess a certain energy that takes the viewer into another dimension: a quality that keeps one captivated for a lifetime.
